I have lived on the Gulf Coast for 12 years moving here from Upstate NY. I have been through all of the buying and selling experiences throughout my 11+ years as a Realtor. From Selling homes, building a new home, purchasing a pre-existing home, buying land, renting a home as well as owning an investment property.
